Molly and Chris are originally from the Chicago area, and they have called NYC home for the past few years. Chris is an architect, and they wanted their session to feature one of the most beautiful examples of good urban design here in the city: the High Line.

We started out session down on the cobblestone streets of the Meatpacking District, then hopped up the stairs to the High Line — where we followed along all the way to the newest section of the park at Hudson Yards.

I absolutely loved their fall styling and how they interacted with each other, and it was a blast spending a quiet Sunday morning here in the city with them. Thanks for the great session, you two — and congratulations on the upcoming wedding!

Rebecca and Henning hail from the same town in Germany that Tina and Dominik live, and when they planned a trip to NYC they wanted me to take some engagemet photos to celebrate their upcoming wedding!

For this session we met up near the Gapstow Bridge in Central Park, then followed along nearby 5th Avenue for some street shooting just as the sun started to set.

Thanks for the great session! Hope you both enjoyed your trip here — and congrats!

It’s no secret that I love photographing couples here in New York City. I think there’s no greater honor or special task than photographing the love between two people who have committed to spend the rest of their lives together.

City Hall weddings are a special favorite of mine — as they’re very small, intimate occasions. Casey and John made arrangements to get married on a beautiful fall morning here in the city. It was a real treat for me, as I was their witness!

We started the day in their apartment, capturing getting-ready and detail photos before a quick cab ride down Broadway, through Times Square, and down to City Hall. After a short wait they exchanged rings and vows, then took a few celebratory photos outside before they went to lunch — then left on their honeymoon to Paris!

Many thanks for letting me capture these moments for you two — and congratulations!
